Famed movie producer and director, Earl Owensby, filmed Brother Dave Gardner in concert in 1982. This is the only known full length performance of the legendary comedian Brother Dave Gardner captured at the pinnacle of his career.

The movie was shot in 35mm in front of a live audience in Shelby, NC.

Brother Dave performs his classic rountines such as: "Little David", "The Motorcycle Story", "The Ten Commandants", "John And The Haunted House", "Down Home Players", and many more. Also, see Brother Dave sing his most famous songs along with his personal band performing hits such as: "Is It True What They Say About Dixie?", "Let Me Sing..I'm Happy", "When The Saints Go Marching In", "I'm Sitting On Top Of The World", Rock-A-Bye Your Baby, With A Dixie Melody", and many more.
